Military Insanity versus Civic Insanity

Military Insanity: perpetually expecting different results from repeatedly deploying the same personnel to perform the same mission in the same manner.

One could contemplate that Oliver Mayor Hovanes, after having served & soldiered in Canada’s Armed Forces, would not volunteer for such insanity.

However, for 44 yrs collectively, the soldier Mayor + the cub reporter Councilor + the larcenous liberal Councilor + their mandarin Manager  have perpetually done the same while promising different results.

By including the water Councilors, those 44 collective years would more than double.

Apparently the collective repetitiveness has not lasted sufficiently for public political protest & pressure to cause change.

Civic Insanity: perpetually expecting different results from electing the same players, playing the same game, because some say, the law of averages will come into effect, someday.
